Angie Harmon has been an American actress and model for several years. She has appeared in many movies and TV series. She began as a model but when she received international recognition, she decided to take on acting. Her acting in 1995 when she appeared on the show on television called 'Baywatch nights'. Her voice was featured in an animated film version of 'Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.' Harmon has walked away from TV and focused on movies during the first half of 2000s. After a brief appearance in a couple of films, she went back to acting in TV series. She was among the very few actors to show off naked for the magazine "Allure" in 2008. She is best known for her role in the role of detective Jane Rizzoli in the TNT show, 'Rizzoli & Isles.' The role of Detective Jane Rizzoli was well-respected and she won several prizes. Angie Harmon was nominated over the past few years for her excellent performances, but did not win any awards.
